We started ArcticCool because we were tired of seeing customers overcharged, underserved, and left with aircons that broke down again within weeks. There's a better way — and we've been proving it for over 8 years.
Our Story
From a Single Van to Singapore's Trusted Aircon Team
ArcticCool was founded in 2016 by Marcus Tan — a BCA-certified aircon technician with over 12 years of hands-on experience working with HVAC systems across residential and commercial properties in Singapore.
What started as a one-man operation serving his Bishan neighbourhood has grown into a team of 12 certified technicians covering all 28 districts of Singapore. But the core philosophy hasn't changed: do the job right, be honest about pricing, and treat every customer's home with the same respect you'd give your own.
Today, ArcticCool serves over 1,200 customers including HDB homeowners, condo residents, SMEs, F&B businesses and facility managers. Over 70% of our business comes from repeat customers and referrals — which we think is the best endorsement of all.
