Package FAQs

Package pricing applies when all units are serviced in one visit, which is how we keep the price low. If you need to split into two visits (e.g. access issues), just let us know — we'll quote accordingly.
General servicing is a regular clean — filters, drain tray, fan coil wipe-down. A chemical wash is a deeper clean where we fully dismantle the unit and use chemical solutions to clean the evaporator coil. Recommended every 12–18 months or when servicing alone stops working.
Package pricing is for standard wall-mounted split units. Ceiling cassettes and ducted systems require more time and are quoted separately. WhatsApp us with your unit types and we'll give you a custom price.
A 3-unit general service visit typically takes 60–90 minutes. If a chemical wash is included, allow 2–2.5 hours. We always confirm the time estimate before booking.
Yes — if the technician finds something that needs a deeper clean, they'll show you the issue and quote the upgrade on the spot. You're never pressured. If you prefer to wait, that's completely fine too.
